Great Real Estate shots start with good light. I achieve this on my shoots through planning, timing, and using every tool at my disposal to light and capture your space…in the best light.

We’ll shoot the “little stuff.” I work with my clients to stage the space and plan shots that generate an emotional response from your guests or potential buyers.
Twilight shots are super important. I plan shoots with my clients to showcase the ambiance of their property at the best times, and typically shoot early mornings through afternoon, or afternoon through evening twilight.
Whether you have a traditional space or something ultra-modern, I like to show it off with angles and even unique times of day when it offers something of a different experience. For Short Term Rentals, these photos go a long way in showing your potential guests what it’s actually like to be in the space.
We’ll shoot the big aerial sweeping shots too. I include drone shots in all of my photography packages, or also offer drone shots as a stand-alone package.
All we need are the right ingredients, and I’m not just talking about the s’mores! This shot shows what can happen when you shoot on days with the right weather, the right staging and the right timing.

Here’s an example of a hummingbird tour!
I’ll fly my drone inside and outside of your property, along a carefully chosen flight path. I’ll highlight the features you want people to see, and take them on a bird’s eye flight through the space. These tours offer the viewer the ability to see the “flow” of your space and how each room connects, so they truly get an idea of what it’s like to be there! I’ll work with my wife, Kelsey Ward to write a captivating and narrative script, and then she’ll record a professional VO to go along perfectly with the tone, mood and pacing of your video. We’ll work with you to choose just the right music bed to set the perfect atmosphere for your property.
*Note, certain conditions may affect the ability to fly an FPV drone in a particular space. We’ll consult with you, the property owner to evaluate whether or not your property is a candidate! In many cases we may only have to remove a few items from the flight path prior to flying indoors. (The prop wash from a drone can rearrange area rugs, clear place settings from tables and displace lightweight decor.) Fortunately I did all of the initial concept testing on my own cabin!
